Nada contento con las contestaciones recibidas al reclamar un producto comprado, concretamente una pala, que ha tardado 11 días en llegar a destino, teniendo stock de la misma…ni andando tarda tantos días….pero las respuestas de atención al cliente hacen que la experiencia sea la primera y la última. No recomiendo para nada la tienda

Dank u voor uw bericht. Wij vinden het belangrijk om dit punt correct toe te lichten en bedanken u voor de gelegenheid om dit te verduidelijken.

Graag willen wij aangeven dat het ingehouden bedrag voor de retourkosten geen €9 bedraagt, maar €7,95. Dit bedrag komt overeen met de kosten die vooraf aan u zijn gecommuniceerd en waarmee u akkoord bent gegaan voordat de retourzending werd uitgevoerd.

Zoals eerder aangegeven, hebben wij slechts één artikel ontvangen (de short) en is het pakket volledig verzegeld bij aankomst. Mocht u aanvullend bewijs hebben dat ook het T-shirt is meegezonden, dan vernemen wij dit uiteraard graag zodat wij uw dossier opnieuw kunnen bekijken.

Ottima la ricerca dei capi, suggerisco di evidenziare gli ultimi pezzi per taglia che possono essere anche acquistati "d'impulso". nell'assortimento non ci sono o sono poche le t-shirt manica corta. aggiungo trovare un importo di acquisto che non fate pagare spese di spedizione come tanti altri siti :-) grazie di tuto Enrica

Hace dos meses que realizamos un pedido de 300€ que nunca llegó. Tuvimos que hacer el pedido de nuevo porque era para un regalo y no teníamos nada(600€ gastados en su tienda). Nos dijeron que Correos tenía 25 días para darlo por extraviado. Esperamos. Dos meses después el pedido no aparece,el dinero no se devuelve y la empresa no da ninguna solución. Llamamos cada semana y la respuesta siempre es la misma: no podemos hacer nada.
Quien tiene la culpa es la empresa de transportes,pero quien trabaja con ellos y quien tiene una responsabilidad con sus clientes es la tienda.
Desinterés,cero solución y cero empatía y trato con el cliente. Nunca más

Gracias por su mensaje y sentimos las molestias ocasionadas por la situación con su pedido. Tal y como le informamos, el envío permanecía pendiente de entrega según la empresa de transporte y, hasta que la mercancía no fue liberada por ellos, no nos fue posible gestionar el reembolso.

Una vez el transportista cerró el expediente, el importe fue finalmente devuelto y la incidencia quedó resuelta. Lamentamos sinceramente las molestias y la espera que este proceso le haya causado.
