No compren online en la tienda. Precios de envíos abusivos. Además si necesitas hacer una devolución te cobrarán aún haciendo un cambio por otro producto.

Realice una compra online y tras tener que cambiarla fui informado que al hacer un cambio por otro producto no se me cobraría. Una vez comprado el nuevo producto se me informó de que tenía que seguir pagando la devolución.

Tras haber sido mal informado no fueron capaces de dar ni un simple código de envío gratuito lo cual hubiera solucionado su error.

No les recomiendo para nada comprar online. Todo le saldrá mucho más caro.

Para que quede claro a todo futuro comprador, el segundo producto no se me envió ni gratis ni de ninguna forma ya que cancelé el envío, así que no crean sus mentiras. No volveré a comprar y no recomiendo a nadie que lo haga.

Las devoluciones y cambios tienen un coste y te lo pone claramente en nuestras condiciones de compra, las cuales se te indican de forma pública y que puedes revisar en el enlace que te adjunto, cuyo coste es de 4,95€.

Cuando nos equivocamos si enviamos un código descuento de envío gratuito, pero en este caso no había errores que solucionar. Veo que se te ha olvidado mencionar que el segundo producto se te envió de forma gratuita.

Sentimos mucho que no hayamos superado tus expectativas.
