Atención telefónica pésima.
Llevo todo un día para contactar vía tfn para obtener información de un pedido realizado vía internet hace unos días y no coge nadie, estoy más que preocupado porque es la primera vez que compro aquí y no sabia como funcionaban. Tampoco veo dirección de e-mail en la página.
Hoy es lunes 9 de Abril y la web dice “abierto”, pero nadie atiende el tfn

Miércoles 11 de Abril.
Recibo el pedido por Correos Express sin problemas.
Desconocía que el lunes 9 fue festivo en Valencia. Es la primera vez que compraba en ésta web y realmente me puse nervioso ya que efectivamente Google indicaba que la tienda estaba abierta.
LO SIENTO!!!, y aquí está mi reseña y el cambio de puntuación.

Hola Josan, GOOGLE te dirá que está abierto, pero para tu información hoy es festivo en Valencia, fiesta LOCAL. Que nos votes negativo por no trabajar en festivos... tienes un formulario de contacto en la web para poder gestionar cualquier incidencia si es que la hubiera o llamarnos mañana y te atenderemos encantados.

Es una muy buena tienda d padel, si hay mucha gente son un poco lentos ya q hay poco personal. Yo he comprado una pala y me hicieron pagar un porte para enviarla y q mirasen q le pasaba y esto no me parece bien ya q estaba en garantia. Por lo demas una tienda genial.

Tienda de precios muy asequibles el chico de la tienda encantador muy atento y entendido en el tema. Tienes la opción de comprar por la página web, son muy rápidos con los pedidos. Si lo que quieres es una pala y no sabes cuál comprarte tienes la opción de alquilar una para probarla. Volveré a comprar sin duda alguna.

Buenos días Carmen, siento las molestias ocasionadas, si has escrito en fin de semana o en festivo, ayer lunes fue festivo, no te contestarán hasta el próximo día laborable. Desconozco cual es el correo donde has enviado la consulta, pero tienes un formulario en la web desde donde contactar y un teléfono fijo 963367007 donde nos puede llamar para resolver cualquier DUDA al momento.

Pedi unas zapatillas por internet , el precio inmejorable , hubo un retraso en la entrega del paquete ajeno a zona de padel y la antecion telefonica fue correcta y atenta. Volvere a comprar sin duda.
