Llevo dos pedidos seguidos, tienen de todo, pero sinceramente la capacidad de gestionar un pedido y en 24 h (literal) tenerlo en palma de mallorca en mis manos, no me ha pasado nunca!!!! Estoy encantada! Enhorabuena !

Hola Santiago,

Gracias por tu mensaje. Quiero aclararte que nuestro horario de cierre es a las 20:20, como se indica en nuestra web y en la propia tienda. Por lo que hemos comprobado en las cámaras, entrasteis en la tienda a las 20:22, ya fuera de nuestro horario de atención al público. A pesar de ello, el equipo os permitió acceder y os ofreció la posibilidad de realizar una compra rápida si era urgente, intentando ayudaros en la medida de lo posible, el proceso d TAXFREE se tarda 30 minutos.

Dicho esto, estoy de acuerdo contigo en que la forma en la que se os comunicó el cierre no fue la más adecuada, y lamento si el tono empleado resultó poco cordial o incluso ofensivo. No es la imagen ni la experiencia que queremos transmitir.

Sin embargo, me gustaría recordar que, aunque se intentó hacer una excepción para ayudaros fuera del horario establecido, no es posible ofrecer el mismo tiempo ni la misma atención que durante la jornada habitual. Entiendo que esto pueda resultar incómodo, pero el objetivo era facilitaros, dentro de lo posible, la compra.

Por supuesto, estaremos encantados de atenderte en otra ocasión dentro de nuestro horario habitual, para que puedas recibir el trato y el asesoramiento que esperas y mereces.

Gracias por tu comprensión y, de nuevo, lamento cualquier malentendido.
