Tourist, please beware.. They actually don't provide tax refund!

I bought padel's tshirts and racket directly in the shop for more than €400. The staff told me the items were eligible for tax refund, took note of my passport ID, and gave me only the original receipt. When I arrived at the airport, it turned out the receipts were not accepted as I need the DIVA RECEIPT. I didn't know that I need a special receipt to refund the tax at the airport, but Zona Padel's staff didn't even tell me anything about that. This is a very bad experience for me as a tourist, they should have known better about TAX REFUND.

Based on my experience, I don't recommend buying things from here.

We cannot carry out the return of the taxes of what you buy in our country, do not inform us of the tax regulations, since you are problematic, but we are obliged to comply with the tax regulations of Spain.

Me ha atendido Félix y tengo que decir que a parte de ser muy majo, me asesoró muy bien en la compra de unas zapatillas. Tras varios modelos encontré unas Múnich que se adaptan muy bien a mi pie y son comodisimas, como un guante.
Muchas ganas de probarlas.
Todos los modelos actualizados en diferentes marcas. Buena experiencia, volveré.
