Las cosas son de primera calidad muchas gracias llego todo en buen estado y de primera. Lo que si estaría bueno que en vez de mandar por dhl y andreani manden las cosas por correo argentino para nosotros seria mas barato ya que dhl y andreani te vuelven a cobrar todos los impuestos aduaneros y impuestos en cambia correo argentino no te cobra eso

Alquilé una pala en este sitio, su manera de funcionar es: te cogen 50€ y al fin del alquiler te devuelven 40, me parece un buen metodo, el trato con los recepcionistas fué excelente, el problema vino cuando en la primera partida mi compañero me golpeó la pala en una bola que iba al medio, un lance de juego que por desgracia resultó con una fisura en la pala. Como sucedió de noche me tocó esperar al día siguiente, el cual conforme me desperté por la mañana llame al sitio para comentarles lo sucedido, me dijeron que sin la pala no podían decirme como iban a actuar, así que esa misma tarde (día siguiente del alquiler) se la lleve, todo por intentar arreglarlo de la mejor manera para ambas partes. Al día siguiente llame para ver que tenían pensado hacer al respecto, y la respuesta fué que “como no había tenido cuidado” se quedarían los 50€. En el propio contrato de alquiler especifican que ellos pueden hacer eso en caso de que la rotura sea por “uso indebido o negligente”, cosa que no es lo que sucedió, como ya les dije a ellos, yo no controlo lo que haga la persona que tengo al lado. Al final resultó que jugar menos de 1 set (cuando pasó dejé de usarla para no dañarla mas) me costó 50€. Al día siguiente cuando les pedí que me facilitasen o las fotos de la pala o la propia pala me dijeron que no podían hacer eso porque ya se la habian alquilado a otro cliente, mientras mi propio contrato de alquiler seguia activo y aun le quedaban 5 dias. En definitiva, no respetan el contrato de alquiler que han redactado ellos mismos.

Ya que no deja contestar vuestro mensaje os lo dejo por aqui, yo no he golpeado ni a nada ni a nadie, me han golpeado a mi, la brecha no era de 10 cm, era de 3 si llega, pero entiendo que tienes que quedar bien cara al publico, y no, no es ni un uso indebido ni negligente, no te preocupes, el Lunes estoy allí pidiendo la hoja de reclamaciones para llevarla al consumidor, ya que tenía dudas pero encima mentís descaradamente para tratar de limpiar vuestra imagen, es de coña lo vuestro. Por cierto, seguís sin facilitarme fotos de la pala con sus “10 cm de brecha”

Christian, te alquilamos una pala para probar, esa pala es para comprobar si te gusta, jugar con ella y devolverla cuando quieras. Esa pala la tienes que devolver en el mismo estado en la que te la llevas, da igual si juegas 1 minuto como 50 horas, pero si la devuelves golpeada, con una rotura de 10 centrimetros en el marco tienes que pagar la pala integramente, es decir en este caso 350€, el campañero te cobró solo 50€. Golpear la pala contra cualquier superficie que no sea la pelota y que se rompa es un uso indebido y negligente.
