Hi, ordered from telerosa sevaral times and I really like telerosa with all of there service but my last order was on 14 of februari on Valentins dad and I had wished to surprise my girlfriend in her work at i had paid 5 euro extra to delivery between 14:00-21:00 beacuse my girlfriend worked that time in pharmacy but the delivery was there very early and he just give the flowers in the pharmacy at 10:00 and when.. these situation maked really very much problem for me instaed to surprise my girlfriend.. she called me and was very angry for why the flowers was handet for her collegues.. it became bad Valentin day. I hope you guys talk with driver and tell him to please keep the time..

Hello Frederic,

We have already refunded the €5 you paid for the afternoon delivery service to your card and we are going to proceed with a complaint to the courier company.

We hired the courier service you selected and you could also see on the packaging box a very noticeable red label of ours stating "Please deliver ONLY in the afternoon," but apparently, some couriers think that delivering it earlier will make the customer happier. It is as frustrating for us as it is for you when this happens, which, by the way, occurs very rarely considering the huge volume of shipments we handle.

Additionally, we would like to apologize and ask you to reconsider your evaluation, if you deem it appropriate.

Extremely happy, my Sister in law has just moved to Spain and I didn’t have their correct address, Telerosa customer contact was superb, together we got the delivery where it needed to be!
My sister in law received the plant and was extremely happy, the plant was lovely.

Unfortunately the flowers were a big disappointment. The quality of the flowers were nowhere near that of the photo. The centre flower was almost dead on arrival and - the carnations were just ok but nothing special - the gerbras were small and not the vibrant colour depicted in the photo and lasted just a couple of days.
Both myself and my sister in Spain sent emails to complain but received no reply so customer service also only gets 1 star.
On the plus side the packing was excellent and if the flowers had originally been in a good state they certainly would have arrived that way. Would I recommend this company- absolutely not.

Hello Sanchia, we regret that the bouquet did not last as long as we would have liked for everyone. In this regard, we want you to know that we only purchase fresh, top-quality flowers, which we keep in a refrigerated chamber at the optimal temperature. Our florists carefully discard any flowers for customers that do not meet the optimal freshness criteria. As a guarantee of freshness and quality, we typically take a photo of each bouquet, and specifically, this is the photo of your bouquet:

You received this photo in due time, as we do with every customer. The bouquet was delivered on January 3rd at 13:46, and it wasn't until January 6th at 18:04 that we received an email from the person who received your flowers, stating that they didn't last long enough, without providing a photo of the bouquet. The lifespan of a bouquet of cut flowers depends directly on factors that teleROSA cannot control once it's delivered, such as temperature, hydration, etc. That's why, in the same box where you received the bouquet, there's an indication that if, for any reason, the flowers don't arrive in optimal condition, please take several photos at the moment of receipt and send them to our email. However, it took 3 days to send an email without including a single photo.

Very happy with the service, I ordered the day before and they were delivered the next day. The person who I sent the flowers to was delighted, of course, but when I was sent a photo of them by the person I sent them too, they were a totally different colour to the colour I chose. I chose pink lilies and the bouquet delivered was full of bright orange and reds. Although lovely, it wasn't what I chose or paid for.

Our selection of Lilium bouquets is limited, and our website does not allow customers to choose the color due to the intricate nature of this flower.

If you had indicated your color preference for Lilium in the order's comments section, we would have done our best to accommodate it based on the availability at that particular moment. This information is outlined in the Lilium bouquet description.

It's crucial to understand that cut flowers, in general, have a relatively short lifespan. Lilium, in particular, presents an additional challenge as it cannot be too tightly closed for presentation purposes, nor too open as it would be close to wilting. Achieving the right balance involves selecting blooms with varying degrees of openness.

The process of bloom opening is not instantaneous; it requires patience and careful temperature control during storage. Considering that customer preferences for Lilium vary, and availability fluctuates, it becomes impractical to have Lilium of all colors at the exact stage desired by every customer. Therefore, we do not offer color alternatives, and each Lilium bouquet is prepared with the available colors at the time of preparation.
