Hola Alejandro, comentarle que se le ha realizado una devolución del doble del importe que pagó por el servicio de entrega especial. Pedirle disculpas por lo ocurrido y por la demora en nuestra respuesta. Usted ya es cliente con anterioridad y sabe que hacemos todo lo posible por cumplir las expectativas de quienes confían en nosotros, en este caso ha sido la empresa de mensajería quien realizó la entre a las 16:38h cuando en realidad el servicio contratado era para entregar antes de las 14 horas, desconocemos las razones de esa demora y ya le hemos pedido explicaciones a ellos también. Aunque dicho sea de paso suelen cumplir con los horarios de entrega en el 99% de los casos.
