How we protect the reliability of reviews
  • Each review shows its status: "Verified by Revi" when we link it to a specific order, or "unverified" for the rest (invitations with no matching order, reviews imported from other platforms, or reviews sourced from Google). "Unverified" does not mean false.
  • Reviews are published exactly as the customer wrote them: we do not edit them. When a review is challenged, a member of our team reviews it under our moderation policy; we do not remove reviews merely for being negative.
  • You can report any review using the flag icon, identifying yourself with your email. We confirm receipt of every report and explain each decision.

Fantastic selection for a family tasting session!
We ordered three types of shoulder (paleta) to do a side-by-side tasting at home:
1. Gran Reserva Seleccion (+15 months): Great balance, subtle saltiness, and wonderful texture.
2. Cebo de Campo Ibérico (50%): A absolute crowd-pleaser! Very tasty, nicely balanced, and slightly milder than the Bellota—my son's personal favorite.
3. Bellota Ibérico (50%): Rich, deep, and packed with complex aromas. A true treat for those who love an intense Iberian flavor profile.
Everything arrived fresh, perfectly sliced, and beautifully packaged. Even our orange cat—who strictly refuses Italian prosciutto or French jambon—gave her enthusiastic 100% approval to all three!
We will definitely be reordering from Jamonarium soon.

Your question
How long will this ham last when started?
Dennis
Reply from Jamonarium.com
Hello Dennis, When started, if you store it in the fridge, it can last for 1-2 months. The only thing is that it will dry little by little. This is dry meat, so if it doesn't get humid it it's fine. Regards

Your question
Is it a Pata Negra ham with the back label?
Richard
Reply from Jamonarium.com
Hi Richard! Yes, this Bellota 100% iberico shoulder ham is a top quality Spanish ham. Because is Bellota and 100% iberico, it's labelled with the black label which is only for the Pata Negra. Thanks and regards.

Your question
¿Qué paleta me aconsejarías comprar?
Alejandro
Reply from Jamonarium.com
Saludos!

Your question
¿Me aconsejas comprar una paleta serrana o una paleta ibérica?
Marta
Reply from Jamonarium.com
Your question
Manuela
Reply from Jamonarium.com
Saludos! Your question
Antonio
Reply from Jamonarium.com
Saludos! Your question
Francisco
Reply from Jamonarium.com
