La calidad del sello justita (mal recortada la matriz y perfil muy justo que obliga a tener mucho cuidado para no imprimir bordes de la base). Un 5 de 10.

Hice un pedido el 30 de julio. Pagué los portes del envío en 48-72 horas y llegó el paquete a los 13 días (el día 12 de agosto).

El mismo 30 de julio pregunté cuándo llegaría mi pedido y me dijeron amablemente que tardaría más de las 48 horas porque estaban de vacaciones (algo que no estaba puesto a la hora de hacer el pedido), pero que llegaría antes del 5 de agosto.

Pedí que si había retrasos me avisasen y no ocurrió. El paquete llegó el 12 de agosto.

Son cuidadosos con los sellos y son de buena calidad (ya he pedido en 2 ocasiones), pero deberían ajustar las condiciones de entrega a la realidad, para que el cliente pueda decidir, así como no cobrar costes de entrega en 24 o 48 horas que luego no son reales.

Todo ha ido muy bien a pesar de ser puente y el mes de agosto. El ex libris me ha encantado y la caja ideal y hasta con el nombre grabado algo que no esperaba. Muy recomendable

Muy mal servicio, tardaron 3 semanas en enviármelo cuando se suponía que era en dos días, no contestaban a los mail, un desastre absoluto, el sello está bien hecho pero el servicio es pésimo, tuve que comprar otro sello en un sitio serio.
Es una tomadura de pelo.

Se solicito para entregar a las 14h del día siguiente, y no llego. Entiendo que se solicito confirmar los bocetos, y se hizo la misma tarde. Pero llegaron un martes, cuando se habían pedido el miércoles de la semana anterior. No me ha supuesto ningún problema, pero considero que si se ofrece un servicio, habrá que cumplirlo, o al menos contactar con el cliente y decirle que alteraciones se van a dar. Pero el producto cumple las expectativas.
