Bonjour. Le VVF de Brusques nous a fait découvrir votre exploitation, ce qui nous a permis de déguster un bon roquefort. Continuez dans cette voie il est excellent.

Un Roquefort doux, parfumé et crémeux en bouche. Visuellement le penicellium bleu est discret.
Je regrette le conditionnement en portion (le pain est coupé en 8 parts: hauteur dabord divisée par 2). Le poids varie beaucoup:307g à 369g.
J'aurais préféré un pain entier, au moins un demi: plaisir simple de la coupe.
Le coût de livraison impacte beaucoup le prix final.

Habitant à côté de Bordeaux nous n avons pas la possibilité de venir régulièrement pour nous approvisionner.

Nous sommes la Famille Bernat. Nous sommes dans la zone de production du fameux fromage Roquefort dans le sud-Aveyron. Nous vendons notre Roquefort Haut de Gamme, La Pastourelle qui a reçu en 2019 la médaille d'or au Salon de l' Agriculture de Paris. Nous pratiquons la vente directe aux particuliers en France et en Espagne.
