Bedankt voor je bericht. We hebben je bestelling gecontroleerd en kunnen bevestigen dat de rozen die je hebt besteld inderdaad van de kleur rood waren en dit zijn de rozen die we hebben verzonden. We begrijpen dat er enige verwarring kan zijn ontstaan, aangezien de standaardafbeelding op onze website, als voorbeeld, de rozen in de kleur roze toont. Jij hebt echter gekozen voor de rode rozen.

We hopen dat je tevreden bent met je bloemen en staan altijd klaar om je verder te helpen als je nog vragen hebt. 🌹
