Me habéis vendido un Fritz 18 que no cumple con todo lo que dice. Simplemente véis que a vosotros el Fritz os funciona y no me dáis ninguna solución.... y os laváis las manos. Los envíos tardan más de lo que decís... SIEMPRE. Si chessbase no me lo soluciona, contacto con esta empresa que tendríais que haber hecho VOSOTROS, solicitaré formalmente un reembolso del software que os he comprado al no ofrecer la función, que por cierto, decís vosotros en vuestra página que también tiene.

Primero de todo, gracias por sus comentarios, que siempre son bienvenidos y nos ayudan a mejorar. Lamentamos también que haya tenido este problema con Fritz-18.

Como vd bien sabe, Fritz-18 es uno de los software líderes a nivel mundial en programas de ajedrez, usado por muchos miles de aficionados y que cuenta con muchísimas opciones de personalización y funcionamiento.

En todas nuestra pruebas y en las del fabricante ChessBase, la "partida tranquila" muestra en determinados momentos el rating Elo del usuario. Por ello, estamos seguros de que podrá configurarlo a su medida. Pero si no es así, y piensa que la experiencia no ha sido aceptable para vd., Ajedrez21 siempre responderá con su poíitica de máxima calidad y atención al cliente.
