El envío fue deficiente. Un libro caro debe enviarse mejor embalado, con refuerzos para que llegue intacto, que las esquinas del libro no sean golpeadas en el transporte.
Por otra parte a mí me gusta poder hacer uso de la entrega flexible que ofrece Correos para poder recoger el envío en cómodamente una oficina de correos elegida, cosa que no pude realizar ésta vez. Es una crítica constructiva.
Muchas gracias. Pienso seguir siendo clientes de Ajedrez21.
