No se realizarán envíos entre el 14 y 31 de diciembre. Por tanto, todas las compras realizadas a partir de 14 de diciembre se entregarán a partir del 2 de enero de 2019. Si quieres asegurar que tu pedido llegue antes del día 5 de Enero, realiza tu compra antes del 27 de diciembre.

Vemos que el pedido a que te refieres en el whatsapp enviado es del dia 18 de diciembre, y por lo tanto el envío se hará a partir del dia 2 de enero.
