Ha sido la primera vez y todo ha sido perfecto. Quizá Correos pudo haberse mostrado más activo., aunque la mayor parte de agencias de mensajería están funcionando peor.

Una librería pequeña pero muy selecta, con auténticas maravillas en sus estanterías y que además realiza una magnífica labor editorial.

Además, el trato es espléndido y la amabilidad de su personal es la propia de un egresado de la Escuela Diplomática.

Muchas gracias por mantener viva la obra de tantos autores (especialmente la del maestro D. Carlos Sáiz Cidoncha).

Feliz, esa es la palabra que define después de haber comprado en la tienda, y no se trata solo de comprar, es el trato que te brindan, la atención, la cordialidad, todo.
Compré desde Argentina, el envío llegó por DHL en 10 días (lo cual es un tiempo récord desde España). Jorge siempre te busca el mejor precio, se preocupa por el seguimiento, da recomendaciones... me sentí entre amigos.

Ha sido mi primera compra y la experiencia ha sido muy buena. Además de mantenerme informada del estado de mi pedido, lo que más valoro es la protección extra del ejemplar dentro del embalaje y el detalle del marcapáginas de regalo. Además incorporaron una tarjeta de agradecimiento, dándole un trato muy cercano a todo el proceso. Sin duda volveré a comprar.

Solicité información sobre un libro que no lograba conseguir en una librería de mi barrio y me lo enviaron rápidamente y además con dedicatoria.

Me gustó mucho el detalle, la gestión y el trato, así que volví a pedir otros dos libros.

Tienen una colección muy interesante y animo a que compréis aquí.

Debido a que la entrega la hizo correos ,al no hallarme en casa tuve que desplazarme a la oficina de mi barrio. En otros envíos de empresas privadas ,estas en caso de ausencia dejan el paquete en casa de mi vecino.
Agradecería que correos me diera esta opción.
