This has a good lightweight material which seems to work practising Aikido on different mat surfaces (canvas, rubber-plastic and foam). The size is smaller than I expected and so the 25 was 2 inches less than the equivalent 25 in Japan. The return policy makes it too expensive to replace an item like this if the size is wrong so order the next size up!!

Good quality tsksr bokuto, I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a decent bokuto for kenjutsu training.

Great katana for the price, nicely weighted with a comfortable draw, the handle wrap is very tight and has a nice high quality all around feel. Thanks very much katanamart for this wonderful product

As with the vertical stand I purchased, this is nice and simple but with a better gloss finish. Does the job. Some people might want to drill holes and screw directly to wall instead of using the hanging hooks. Might do that later, but hooks work okay.

Its very good, and it is easy to carry to a training doujo along with your bokken and shinai, since it does not have a tsuba.

Thank you Chris for your suggestions. We are working to improve these important details in order to offer better and better items to all our clients. As for the Sageo we have decided not to tie it, but we will from August on since we have relised the japanese Sageo is hard to fit into the Kurikata but on youtube there are many tutorial that explain how to do it with the tape's help

Not bad for the price. However, there are a couple of points worth noting. The Mekugi seem to be a bit soft, the Habaki doesn't fit snugly into the saya, the Sageo is supplied separate from the Saya and is too thick to fit into the Kurikata and the Kissaki apears to be unsharpened.

Great product does the job very well - only thing lacking was any instructions for assembly - but I worked it out

I was very pleased with the efficiency of the whole transaction with my iaito arriving within the timescale given to me. The sword back was a lovely surprise and the iaito is excellent fulfilling all it's functions for me. It looks great, handles well and is just the correct size for me. Thank you for such wonderful service.
