En la página WEB se anuncia un descuento en CUALQUIER PRODUCTO Kase por el hecho de subscribirse.
Así lo hice. Adquirí dos tapas magnéticas Kase y un anillo adaptador Kase por un total de 55,50€.
Cuando introduje el código de descuento el sistema me informó de que no era válido.
Contacté por correo electrónico para aclarar la cuestión y me respondieron que el descuento ofrecido no se aplicaba a los productos adquiridos a pesar de que se anuncia ese descuento para CUALQUIER PRODUCTO Kase.
Después de un posterior y cordial intercambio de mensajes el vendedor ha reconocido el error y pedido disculpas.
No se puede pedir más. 👍👍
