Me ha disgustado el detalle de que haya pagado dos portes, porque lamentablemente hice dos pedidos en menos de 24h y que me haya llegado un solo paquete con los dos pedidos. O me mandas dos paquetes o me devuelves el importe del segundo envío "me parece un detalle feo".

Atencion al cliente muy buena, siempre pendientes. Del envío mal , la empresa de transportes ,al menos en Zaragoza, muy mal. Siempre he tenido que ir yo a la agencia nunca lo he recibido en domicilio. El paquete podía embalarse un poco mejor por imagen de empresa

Adquirí un nuevo objetivo gran angular para el que necesitaba nuevos aros y Adaptadores para usar los filtros Kase Armour. Como me desborda toda esa cacharreria, consulté a Héctor que necesitaba un domingo por la tarde, me contestó esa misma noche, lo pedí el lunes y el martes ya lo tenía, y claro, era justo lo que necesitaba. Con lo que cuento lo digo todo. Eso sí, si me hubiera contestado el lunes me hubiera parecido fenomenal... Hay que tener tiempo para uno mismo! :)

El producto vino en la fecha convenida y sin ningún problema.
