El chorizo está bueno aunque el color es bastante más oscuro que el de cerdo y que el que se ve en la foto. Me gustó sobre todo que no tiene ese exceso de grasa que el tradicional. Espero probar el fuet en algún momento.

Pensábamos que había un filete en cada bandeja y sacamos las dos para mi marido y para mí. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa que habían dos filetes en cada bandeja, pero como ya estaban descongeladoss, los hicimos todos. Sinceramente una bandeja da perfectamente para dos personas. La carne estaba muy tierna y sabrosa. Tiene un sabor característico y diferente, como el de las hamburguesas. Sin duda repetiremos. Felicidades!

Ya las había probado x una compra que hice hace casi 1 año en una charcutería gourmet de Badalona. Como nos gustaron tanto quise repetir el mes pasado pero me las vendieron congeladas y al llegar a casa me percaté que su fecha era de hacía 17 días. Fui a devolverlas y me dijeron que no pasaba nada si antes te advertían que fueron congeladas antes de la fecha de caducidad pero como tantos días no me convencían, preferí devolverlas y comprarlas en un sitio de confianza. Nos encantan, tienen un sabor y una textura excelentes!

El envío, por haber elegido la opción SEUR, fue bueno, no he probado el normal. La atención al cliente, óptima. y la calidad del producto inmejorable, salvo en lo que a precio se refiere.

El producto llegó en perfecto estado.
La carne deliciosa.
No me llamó tanto la atención el sabor (tengo cierta experiencia en carnes...) como la textura y el corte de la misma. Qué bien se cortaba! y si se puede hacer a la brasa mejor!
