Hola Daniel, gracias por su comentario. Hacemos todo lo posible por asegurarnos de que nuestros productos viajen perfectamente refrigerados.

Integra2, que es la agencia que se encargó de transportar su pedido, nos facilita un informe con una gráfica de temperatura en tiempo real para cada envío. En su caso, lo hemos consultado y podemos asegurarle que su pedido se mantuvo en todo momento entre 2º y 8º, que son las temperaturas recomendadas para este tipo de producto. Para su tranquilidad, le hacemos llegar por email esta gráfica, ya que aquí no podemos adjuntar documentos.

Gracias de nuevo por su comentario y reiteramos que en cualquier momento del año recibirá nuestros productos en perfectas condiciones.
