Buena atención, siempre informado de la recepción del pedido, cualquier cosa te llaman, y entrega en fecha y hora acertados.

El embalaje buenos así como la colocación de los mariscos, como detalles, bolsas de hielo en el interior de forma que mantengan el frio y con separaciones para que no estén en contacto con el material. Valoro que el hielo llego aun congelado me ofrece garantía de calidad desde el origen hasta el trato en el transporte.

El envío cumplió la fecha perfectamente. Bien envasado y el producto bien frío. En ese sentido, perfecto. Pedimos percebes medianos. Siempre el producto respondía a esa clasificación y el percebe estaba perfecto de sabor. Sin embargo, en esta ocasión, y por primera vez, nos hemos encontrado que había una mezcla de percebe mediano y pequeño, bastantes pequeños. Esperamos que esto no vuelva a ocurrir, porque siempre hemos estado satisfechos con los productos enviados.
