He recibido el pedido muy rápido, el producto me llego muy bien empaquetado y frio.
Me gustaría saber el peso, ¿cuando lo pesan? porque debía pesar entre 2,5 y 2,6 Kg y no lo pesaba.
Y otra pregunta ¿la merluza tiene algún tipo de conservante? es que la he despizado, la he congelado y luego al descongelarla huele muy fuerte.

Muy buenos días,
La merluza se pesa antes de limpiarla igual que en cualquier pescaderia. Al sacarle las aletas, agalla, escamas y vísceras pierde algo de peso.

La merluza se envía fresca totalmente sin ningún tipo de producto. Merluza 100% y nada más. No sabría decirle si le pareció que huele fuerte porque las del supermercado u otros sitios puede ser que le echan productos y entonces no huela a nada. La descongelacion debe hacerse en la nevera.

Muy grandes, sin roca pegada que hay sitios que te cobran la roca a precio de percebe.
Te viene hasta con las hojas de laurel. La verdad y es que las cocí en su punto y estaban buenísimos.

Primero decir que el pedido llegó en perfecto estado, con las bolsas de hielo prácticamente sin derretir.
Las nécoras buenísimas, muy llenas y muy buen peso y en su punto de cocción. La carne de las patas salía entera y de sabor exquisitas.
