They gave me full refund on damaged goods I'm thankful for the proffesional experience I got from your side the carrier transportation just packaging have to be more adapted to whos going to deliver always worst case scenario when coming to profit loss.. Thanks maybe buying another time :)

The baddest communication I've experienced so far! We ordered, they said suddenly the product was not available and gave us a new delivery date, which was 4 weeks instead of a few days. We accepted under the condition that this is the latest date to send it because we needed the product very badly and actually within the short amount of time greenice wrote on their homepage at first. Then they did not contact us telling us the delivery they were expecting was late, we found out by accident looking at their website and complained. No one of the company had the guts to tell us! And suddenly the delivery "arrived today" and was send out but it needed 7-8 working days... Not the 24 hours as it was written on their homepage... We have an enormous damage now and will never again order with this company!

Atención al cliente inaceptable Pedí artículos como luces de jardín. Uno no funciona, uno a veces funciona y NINGUNO de ellos funciona como se describe. Le envié un correo electrónico a la compañía 5 veces usando las direcciones de correo electrónico en el sitio web... ¡NINGUNA RESPUESTA! (Pero los correos electrónicos de propaganda todos los días... ¡basura!) Atención al cliente inaceptable... ¡evita esta empresa! Su afirmación de haberme contactado es solo una afirmación... No he recibido ningún contacto. Se han demorado y demorado en dar una respuesta adecuada, y ahora, estoy en Inglaterra hasta septiembre... entonces, ¿qué voy a hacer? I purchased three led tracks, which stated would be delivered within 24-48 hours, i am now 15 days on and the item tracking states that the item is still in Spain, who knows if or when it will ever arrive. This company is not a UK Company and your order is likely to take two to three weeks to be delivered from Spain. Avoid at all cost.
