As someone who has trouble sleeping sometimes melatonin is a must. This brand has multiple different amounts of melatonin and this is the 5mg pill version. It works very well for me and is a very small pill as you can see so it's easy for me to swallow which is good because sometimes I have issues with pills.

Some types of vitamin C have caused me stomach irritation, which I have not experienced with this product. The 500 mg per capsule dose is just right for twice daily use, in my opinion. The capsule size is average, easy to swallow.
