Ya me terminé 2 frascos, es maravilloso. Lo empecé a tomar por que tenia muchos problemas y dolor (claro tome otras cosas también aunque de la misma marca). He de decir que mejore en un 90% ya que aun me falta más tratamiento. Es una maravilla.

I started taking this Ashwagandha and it has been easy to stick with. The capsules are a standard size and I have had no trouble taking them with a glass of water. I take one in the morning and one in the evening as part of my regular supplement routine.The product arrived sealed and well packaged. The label is clear and includes the basics without being cluttered. I appreciate that it uses the KSM 66 extract and that the ingredients are kept simple.I cannot say for certain what effect it is having, but I feel like it fits well with the other steps I am taking toward feeling more balanced overall. No side effects and nothing unpleasant about it, which is what I look for when trying something new.This has been a solid, low maintenance supplement so far and I plan to continue with it for now.

This is my 4th time ordering, and I've always loved these gummies?but something feels different this time. I used to take just one and would fall asleep within 20 minutes. Now I'm taking two and barely feel any effect. Did they change the ingredients or something? Has anyone else noticed a difference lately?

Small pills, easy to swallow. Came packaged extremely well, no issues.

I love it I think it takes at least a week to see any results but once you do, it's pretty awesome!!! My bones feel great!

It's difficult to give an opinion on supplements because it's normal for some people to have better results when taking them than we do. In my case, I haven't felt any noticeable improvement after taking this supplement, but I've read several people mention that they've had good results.Personally, I've stopped buying Nutricost supplements since one of the ones I bought had a very unpleasant smell, and I lost confidence in them and what I was taking.In terms of quantity and presentation, the brand delivers on its promise, as the expected number of capsules is included, based on the purchase.

I've used various DoubleWood supplements over the years. They are always a good value and I've seen a few of them independently tested on various blog sites with positive results.I don't like the fillers they add to a lot of their supplements (this one included) but honestly, it's something you find more often than not in many brands.KSM66 is an exceptional, potent, standardized form of ashwagandha that I've used a lot. These pills look and smells as they should and are a great price.I don't respond strongly to supplements and considering I've been taking ashwagandha off and on for years I don't expect to notice a difference when taking these. So in determining the quality of a supplement I like to look for company info/transparency and testing etc.Because I've looked into this company and know them from prior use, I trust them. And I would recommend it to others.

The fine print says "~79mg dry herb per mL" so the entire bottle contains less than 5 grams Ashwagandha and it does not mention % active withanolides. It is probably just powder suspended in glycerin with sugar/sweetener added (tastes sweet, unlike Ashwagandha.)
