This is the same collection method used by the lab tests, but with a lateral flow test thingy like a covid test.Instructions are pretty clear, and it's not any harder to use than the Covid test, well, maybe a bit less convenient, but that is what it is. I assume it is accurate but have no way to verify that without having a lab test at the same time to compare.

I love magnesium and Ashwagandha, two supplements that I've been using the past few years to aid in relaxation, calm thinking, and overall bodily health. I usually take the two supplements separately after work and/or before bed, but this is the first time I've seen Magnesium and Ashwagandha together! The flavor is pretty good and I take this particular one when I get home from work to help me wind down from the day. When I run out of Magnesium, I can feel the effects in how i don't sleep well and my body gets sore after doing yoga. So keeping magnesium in my system has really helped me to maintain feeling good!

I was shocked to notice a difference in my hair and nails within the first week. I was even using hard as nails and my nails were still chipping. not any more. and a lot less hair has been coming out in the shower.

I was losing hair quite a bit and when I started Biotin it's slowed it down somewhat but I noticed my nails getting harder n less chipping. Skin not as dry as it was before I started using it.
