Magnesium Glycinate 500MG Gummies are delicious and easy to chew. I chose these because magnesium glycinate is supposed to absorb better than the others and they won't cause loose bowels. Other magnesium can cause headaches for me, but so far these are not causing me any issues at all. I have only been taking them for a couple day so far, so I will report back after I have finished the container.

I had been plagued with sleep problems since my teenage years but within the last 7ish years have found supplements to help with sleeping. They are potent and 5mg is too much for me (still feel tired after 8 hours of sleep), so I take half a capsule each night. People like to say you need to always increase the dosage once you start taking it--not true for me. If anything I have had to decrease the dosage.
