Biotin works !!! My nails are hard, they hardly ever break !!! My hair could be a little bit thicker but it is easy to fix and with a little care, it stays nice for a few days, my sister got me started using these at least 10 years ago, I highly recommend using them

Biotin definitely helps with nail growth but if you haven't noticed a difference in a couple months with hair regrowth - it won't work.

I like this product for it's purity standards.I've taken it for year's. It is only 5000 IU, but I take 2 because of a recent Stanford medical study concluded that people should be getting at least 9000 IU daily.
