Taste is delicious! Definately works as the first couple times I tried it, I was not able to digest it being a long time vegetarian so had to eat half of one until I was able to get used to. Im hoping this helps in the long run to slow the breakdown of collagen as we age.

My daughter has insomnia, and this is the only thing that helps her sleep and keeps her asleep. She loves how they taste, unlike other products.

I bought it to be able to sleep if they work for me but not quickly as I thought but I can say that they half work. But I think is good option if you have problems to get sleep

I like there supplements and feel they do what they are supposed to do. I like that they come in a high capsule count which means ordering less because they last longer. Very hard to find a 50,000 IU of D3 any where in the stores and if you do you better be ready to pay dearly. I would highly recommend this brand.

The taste of these is good but they did not work. They may work for other people but for me its a no. I gave it two stars only because the taste was good.
