I purchased Olly to help with my sleep. It didn't really help me sleep the whole night thru. If I took one it take forever for it to kick in. 2 would do the trick, but like I said never slept the night thru. Also, they were extremely tasty. I'd forget they were actually not candy. Lol

I'll start off by saying this. I love all OLLY products! Every single one I have tried taste so good! Like candy! If you don't like pills or have a problem swallowing pills then these are for you! I definitely noticed a difference after a few weeks taking these! I suffer terribly from bloating and my bloating has went down considerably since I started these. Never have a been disappointed with an OLLY product yet!

I really love to use these melatonin gummies when I have trouble trying to get to sleep. The blackberry flavor is not too strong at all, tastes very good and works in about 30-45 min as the packaging says. They also do not leave me tired in the morning!
