I take this first thing in the morning (on an empty stomach). It truly is tasteless and does not upset my sensitive stomach. It makes me feel good to know that I am giving my digestive system and body what it needs for me to be a healthier person.

The only thing I would change is the color of the font on the packaging. The white font on the bright yellow background makes it impossible to read. I did manage to read it before I purchased it, but it wasn't easy! The flavor is great and the price is right for someone on a tight budget.
