These are amazing! They work so well and don't leave you feeling groggy in the morning. I am indifferent to the taste. The taste isn't bad at all but it's not a yummy sweet flavor. Definitely recommend

All three adults in our home use this melatonin as needed. We only use it when we feel like falling asleep quickly will be difficult. And it works well each time. Within about 15-30 minutes, eyes are drooping and off we go! Doesn't keep you asleep, but we don't seem to need slow-release action, this is quite sufficient.

I had a problem with my sleeping schedule and my Dr recommended this for me and my problem and it helps a lot and I have a good schedule so far I take a bit to get me sleepy but it helps

My husband hates fish. He hates the smell of it so much that he has asked to be moved to a different seat at a restaurant because he could smell it coming the kitchen. I have a lot of trouble falling and staying asleep. I'm so glad I tried these gummies because not only did I achieve a full night sleep, but I felt rested! Taking melatonin alone makes me feel exhausted in the morning but these gummy vitamins don't have that effect at all! About an hour after I take them, I'm out like a light!
