My mom was having trouble sleeping so the Dr told her to start taking melatonin 5 mg at night. She's doing that and sleeps like a baby every night. So, I tried one just to see how it works. The following day, I walked around like I was in a fog all day! Took several naps and slept well the next night too. Moral of the story, it works great for mom... not for yours truly. ??

I am very hesitant to try new things since I have a sensitive stomach but I'm really glad I gave this a try! It has helped my gut health so much and I can absolutely feel the difference in just a short time. The bonus is that it's shelf stable and I can take it with me when I travel!! Huge win!!

These are great! I was tired of sugar coated vitamin c. These are real tasty & yet are not sugar coated. Great way to start your day!

I have a very sensitive stomach. This probiotic does not irritate me and helps keep me regular. I've tried about 5-6 other brands and this one stuck!

I like them I need to take C to help iron absorption and this seems to work. I also like that they are no sugary like many other gummies they are pleasantly tart and orangey flavor

This is a great high quality probiotic! I love that it is shelf stable, my prior probiotic had to be refrigerated which can be annoying and always made me wonder how long it wasn't refrigerated before I received it, so the shelf stable brings me peace of mind!

I have been suffering diarrhea for years. Sometimes it' just mild symptom, but sometimes real bad. Usually going to the restroom at least three times in the monring only. It's very hard for me when I'm working. So working days, I usually have to skip breakfast due to possible incident. This probiotic helps me a lot, still getting better everyday, but I can feel it. Less time going to the restroom, easier to digest veggies. Hope getting way better soon or later.

This is a great probiotics. I like that besides it has 100 billion CFUs it contains SBO. Ginger is great for digestion and there's not a lot of probiotics that contains it. All the fermented ingredients are great for the GI system. This product really helps with bloating and makes my tummy feel better. Shipping was super fast. Thank you!

Helps put my child to sleep on th occasions his routine has been upset esp when at dads. It does however make him very tired in twenty mins. Good product for those rare opportunities

I've been taking these omega soft shell for the past 4 years. I like them because I don't get that ugly fish after taste. I store them in the refrigerator so they stay fresh.

I am someone who has trouble falling asleep at night because my brain keeps running through things that need to get done, various ideas, you name it. Melatonin on its own made me sleepy but really wasn't helping shut my mind off. These were recommended to me by a family member and really really helped. It is one of the best items I have tried in terms of working for me. Obviously everyone is different but for me these have been a game changer!
