Disappointed in these. Did not work at all. Expensive as well. Will not waste my money again or recommend to anyone. I even tried doubling the amount and still nothing. Don't waste your money on these for sure. There's melatonin that costs much less

This by far is my least favorite vitamin by Olly. The mango is extremely overwhelming for me personally but this is their only flavor vitamin in my area. So I no the bullet and got it for help with my irregular digestive system. But I won't be buying them again sadly.

My daughter absolutely hates the taste so I tried it and it has a weird bitter after taste so totally understand why she spits it out every night so if she can't take it, it doesn't work. I hope you can do some better flavors for the kid's products!

Works just as good as any other brand, so you might as well buy whichever one has a sale. I do not experience any grogginess. These are capsules so keep that in mind when buying doseage. You cannot split it in half (obviously).

Use this for our child when she has trouble sleeping. She usually sleeps pretty hard and then will wake up extra early which is unfortunate. They taste good. They are on the more expensive side. Highly recommend.

didn't get to this right away, but was stale to rancid when opened. First thought it was the difference between CYANO-cobalamin and METHYL-cobalamin, but this is awful - nasty to get near mouth or nose. Switched back to 21st Century B-12, sublingual, which is fine.

Works great! I give this to my son and in approximately 30 minutes he's ready for bed and falls asleep effortlessly. He is able to get up the next morning no issue. It's also very affordable. I would definitely recommend.

My son loves these! I give him 2 before bed and sometimes I will have some myself. They taste delicious and help keep us sleep through the night. Sometimes it takes a little while to get to bed, but once we're sleep, we are out for the count!
