I have the hardest time swallowing pills and when I saw OLLY with multiple types of supplements I had to give them a try!! There were certain foods I literally could not eat without having an upset stomach afterwards. These really helped my digest my food better and be able to tolerate those foods better as well! Your body will get used to the bacteria after some months so I up'd my dose to the extra strength probiotics. I have been taking OLLY probiotics for a year now and I really noticed a difference!

This really helps my son when he has rough nights and can't sleep. He takes one and is usually asleep without 30-45 minutes. I only give them as needed but they are a great help!

These work well, but I wish they came in 3 mg- these are 5 mg, which is too much, but the 1 mg ones aren't enough. I liked the flip-top cap, that made it easier to take them. Overall I'm satisfied with them.

This was a great way to calm my son at the end of the day. He has ADHD and getting him to sleep was the hardest thing to do especially with medication. We started to use this and it helped so much!! Definitely recommend!

I like the natural ingredients in these. They don't have to be refrigerated which is nice when traveling. I have less bloating and less constipation so they are helping. There is no after taste and they are easy to swallow.
