I have been using these for almost a month. I take them twice daily as the directions say. I have not noticed any difference in weight management or energy. They taste okay but not sure there is a great value to them as I can't tell a difference between when I do take them and when I do not.

The only one complaint I have is the smell of the gummies, I actually like the taste of them.

I find on days I use this I feel fuller much quicker. The taste is weird at first but you get use to it and I actually started to like the taste. As someone who use to take apple cider vinegar shots for health this is a much better alternative

There's a couple of things to love about this product. First it does not taste like apple cider vinegar. Its takes like gummy bears and its often times the first thing I take in the morning before coffee or anything. I love it because I think it really helps me go to the bathroom if you know what I mean. It's also a great snack when I am hungry and it gives a small boost of energy. However make sure you only take the two required per day. I cannot speak too much on cravings or weight management but I can say that since taking this product i have been able to manage my weight and even lose 2 lbs! Taking this will not make you gain weight and will actually help you maintain the weight you desire. The gummy bears are a daily part of my regimen and I enjoy them for the reasons listed above. It is not a miracle cure but you are taking something you know will be helping you.
