Don't see a real difference

I have been using these for almost a month. I take them twice daily as the directions say. I have not noticed any difference in weight management or energy. They taste okay but not sure there is a great value to them as I can't tell a difference between when I do take them and when I do not.

These work wonders! I give these to the kiddos about 39 minutes before bed time and they're out within a couple of minutes.

I love this brand because you cannot hardly taste the ACV. Ive tried other brands that were so gross. I am not sure what the benefits are of taking this and I haven't seen or felt any kind of difference but ill keep taking them.
