These probiotics are pricy and a complete disappointment. 3 days after taking them (mind you they have sugar and taste like mango), I felt bloated and my gut was completely messed up by these probiotics. I would not recommend these to anyone because of these side effects.

I felt like I had more energy after taking this for a couple days. Also, this type of B12 is more easily absorbed by your body, while the other kind is made with a type of cyanide (no joke, look it up)

Melatonin is really the way to go. These are the perfect increment for me when I need to get good sleep. I can always depend on these to make sure I not only fall asleep but stay asleep. As a bonus they are very cost effective.

I have digestive problems and my gastrointestinal doctor told me to find a good probiotic to take and I've tried several but OLLY has been the best and I am going to keep using them. I recommended them to my mom as well. This is a great product and I use it everyday and I feel GREAT!!!!!!!! I highly recommend this product.
