This product is gentle on my stomach, and I've had no negative side effects. I like the formulation since it's soil based. I'm so impressed with the quality, and will be buying more after this bottle runs out. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I don't have any bad after-taste. My gut health has improved a little since I started taking this, and I can't wait to see my results in a couple more weeks.
