This melatonin is the perfect amount. It doesn't "knock you out" but it allows my body to relax and fall sleep naturally. As a mom, my evenings are the time when I am busy getting things done at home and this is a good way to slow my mind and prepare my body for sleep. I have never been in a deep enough sleep that I struggle to wake up and I never wake up groggy. The perfect combination.

I love taking Naturelo products. They are clean, no suspicious ingredients, which is ver important nowadays. With most omegas, you need to take more than two capsules to get 1g of it. Naturelo's omega makes it easier, especially if you take several other supplements as well. I noticed that my skin has improved after taking this supplement. I will definitely recommend it!
