This stuff works when you NEED it. PLEASE do your research on this. There's a reason it's banned in the UK. And there's very little education being done on how to use this appropriately. This should not be taken regularly. That's why I can't give this a higher rating. Appropriate instructions on use are not given.

I only use Naturelo products for all of my vitamin needs. I love the fact that the probiotics doesn't have to be refrigerated! And still has all of the strains that I need. The Omega-3 is fantastic, because it has no "fishy" after taste, and doesn't give me the burps! The other product that I love is the womens vitamin for over 50! Thanks for providing such a natural, healthy product at a reasonable price!!

Only one pill needed a day, and works great! No fish taste at all in my experience, and I love that Naturelo is always tweaking and improving their products. I take 10 different products of theirs, and have noticed the care they put into creating and improving what they put out (even things like tweaking small amounts of various supplements in their multivitamins to provide maximum benefits). They seemed to be fine. I prefer a different brand for my probiotics. I tried this as the dosage was only once a day, but it was no as effective for me. I do love nutricost products.

I started using this product about 1 yr ago after my daughter who is a health nut advised me I was taking the wrong brand of vitamins. I rely on her suggestions because she back checks all the products she has to use for her family.

My husband suffers from depression and he noticed a big difference in mood improvement and brain cognition after taking these. For him, these will be essential from now on! For me, I didn't see that big of a difference but I know that we need more Omega 3s in our diet and that isn't always easy to get. I will continue to take them as well. These particular supplements have a pleasant lemon flavor and we haven't noticed any fishi-ness. We do take them and then eat which seems to help not to burp up lemon flavor all morning. #sweepstakes
