I don't feel like this works. I took it and it didn't seem like it did anything. I'll keep trying it to see if it helps me sleep but so far it's done nothing for me. I usually really like nature's bounty but so far this doesn't feel as good as their other stuff.

Very smart product , I'm impressed with quality and contents, I had to use antibiotics for an infection. As Soon as I was done taking the meds I started these probiotic right away

The world we live in currently is certainly tough to deal with. I work in a pharmacy, so not only do I have my own stress, I also get to hear about everyone else's stress. I had never heard of Ashwagandha before this supplement, which is in capsule form. The bottle states that it's ?clinically proven to reduce stress.? I took this product daily for a month, and then stopped it for a week just to see if it was indeed helping. My findings were surprising to me. I recommend trying this product to see what it can do for you.

I have been trying so many probiotics supplement by far this one is the best my favorite is so good make me want to eat all the gummies, a little pricey but is amazing.

It's been a few weeks of taking this Nature Made Ashwagandha supplement and so far, it seems to help a little bit of my anxiety and daily stress. With everything goin on like sickness, sending kids back to school, and daily stress like work, home and taking care of everybody, a dose of this helps me calm down some. I try to take it first thing in the morning before I start my day. Sometimes I would take it later at night so I can concentrate on myself and just meditate and relax. Our mental health is very important so I recommend taking this supplement so calm us down some.

I take two in the mornings on an empty stomach and I love how my stomach rumbles and I feel like there's action happening!

Very yummy! Just tried for the first time tonight. I was hesitant at first because of the color but they taste almost just like peach os !! Will update when I have tried them for a bit. Their glowing skin gummies work amazingly so hoping these work just as well.

Started taking them not thinking they would do much but i was surprised when they actually helped! I was a lot more calmed an not as stressed. As a mom always on the go I highly recommend these. They will work for you, im taking everyday.
