Since quarantine had started I found it really hard to go to bed before 2 am and I would just lay in bed waiting. I took this before bedtime 11 pm and it really helped me fall asleep after 2 hours.It doesn't actually make me sleepy or keep me asleep, but I found it made me relaxed probably it was a auto-suggestion. Overall I think melatonin is worth my money just for the relaxing effect alone. I have never experienced any side effects as people says.

I love this brand! I enjoy the gummies and dont like actual pills so it makes it easier to take these. I felt better after use.

If you're looking for a probiotic this is not the one for you it is very sugary and honestly doesn't seem to help me feel better in anyway. I feel like the sugar coating is so overdone that you are doing more harm to yourself taking it. ??I recommend taking another probiotic if you are looking specially for immunity help! Great taste almost makes you want to eat them taste like candy. These are bot hard at all to take unlike the big horse pulls some companies have youtake.

Wow. The taste of these gummies are incredible.. I want to eat the whole bottle lol. These have helped me stay on schedule. Some days my cycle is a little off, but taking these have helped me stay consistent. Try the extra strength juicy apple version too!

It definitely works! My serum b12 in December was 421 pg/ml and then with other b12 supplements it was 582 pg/ml in March. After testing in March I switched to this one and tested again a month later in April and it was up to 914 pg/ml! I do think that it's also helping with insect bites. I take folate as well so it could be folate but, I notice a very clear difference between when I take the supplement and when I don't when it concerns bug bites. When I don't take them or use any bug spray, I get dozens of bites in minutes and they are very itchy and welts. When I take the supplements, I barely get any bites at all! Even if I lower my dose one day, I'll always take it just for that!

There are two kinds of carrageenan. Degraded carrageenan (processed with acid) is a carcinogen. Food grade carrageenan (processed with alkaline substances) is approved by the FDA, but it's still probably not all that safe. AND we don't know which kind of carrageenan this is. Colon cancer is serious enough to avoid both forms of this thickener in any case. More and more companies are replacing carrageenan in their product with less harmful ingredients. I know my Almond Breeze milk producer has.

These really work. Chew up a couple of these and they do a great job to take care of heart burn, an upset stomach etc. I used them on my grand daughter who had a ton of gas (yes from both ends). After a few days we could all tell a big difference. They tast great too.
