I have bought both the 50 and 100 billion probiotic, plus the collagen peptides powder...I love them all! I have used probiotics for years, and just recently tried code age. I suffered from a serious case of cdiff a few years ago, and use these faithfully. No problems with taking antibiotics, which is my greatest fear. Very happy!

A softget contain 1100 mg Omega 3, I just need to take a softgel per a day. It's really convenience for people who always forget to take supplements 3 to 4 times per day.

If you have trouble sleeping, Melatonin may work for you...it doesn't work for everyone...one tablet works for me but it takes about 2 hours to make me feel ready to go to bed...for you it might take less time or maybe longers...it's natural and that's the draw...you are not taking drugs!

When i first started looking for fish oil pills, there were so many different options. However after doing through research i found that they're not all the same. The quality of some greatly outweigh the quality of others. So when i came across Naturelo's omega 3 fish oil, i researched it a bit further and turns out, it was not only affordable, but also great quality. Also it really helps that the casing for the pill is made of fish gelatin and not beef (i cant have beef gelatin due to dietary restrictions)
