It is a quite large capsule but neither my husband nor I had trouble swallowing. If I don 't eat with it or eat enough I simply burp lemon like lemon candy no worries there. Unlike some other fish oils that have upset my stomach this does not

Awesome price for b12, this brand has become my go to for almost everything now, only thing they weren't the cheapest on was beta alanine out of all the supplements I usually buy in bulk. Made in America, great prices, fast shipping. ...need I say more :)

I purchased NB Melatonin when I traveled to Asia to adjust to the different time zones. I always took a soft gel when I felt my body was already relaxed, I feel these just sped u the process. I also take them during 4+ hour flights and they work wonders. I sleep comfortably and wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for time zone adjusting and catching a comfortable snooze during travel.

I spent so long having the nasty dissolvable melatonin. I couldn't take it, I would choose laying awake over the nasty taste. The pills are so easy and work well. I take the melatonin and relax shortly after.

Huge pill but I don't have a problem with that. For people who do, this one is larger than many pills I have seen over the years. However, my reason for not liking fish oil capsules is usually not their size but the fishy burps. Even the ones that have added flavoring still caused fishy burps...just with an added hint of strawberry for example. This one however has not caused any fishy burps yet. I did notice burping but it was allllllll lemony. No fish. If that stays this way, I may have found the fish oil supplement for me. I really like the brand and am using their daily multi-vitamin as well.

These were recommended to me by my best friend because she swear by them. She says she never gets a better sleep when she takes these. I've tried them numerous times, however, I find myself taking forever to fall asleep and then waking up with a few hours which was a great deep sleep and then having so much trouble falling back asleep. Maybe they work for some people, just not for me.
