If you have trouble swallowing pills, these are a little large. However they do offer easy-swallow mini gels with natural lemon flavor. NO FISHY TASTE!!!

Made a MASSIVE difference in my B12 blood levels. I was on a smaller oral dose and did two shots, saw a 200ish point jump which still had me in a pretty low range, switched to this, took one daily since December 2017 and had blood work done again, Im at the VERY high end of range now, in the 1100's, I started at #286, only got to 394 with shots and a smaller oral dose.

I can swallow large pills, but these pills are huge and there are times I cannot swallow it so I have to bite into it to break open the gel pill. It's not a terrible taste with water but I would rather swallow it whole than break open the contents. Therefore, if you have problems swallowing extra large gel or capsules, I would recommend the mini gel caps They are smaller and easier to swallow. I do believe the quality of the omega 3 fish oil is very good and I trust this company is giving us a healthy product.

Not your regular chainstore B12 vitamins. I do feel a difference and more energetic. I was getting very worried about the lack of energy I am having. Yes, I am still worried, but this has definitely picked me up to do this I havent for a while. I will have these on my subscibe orders.
