I started on the Biotin Treatment while I was still undergoing radiation therapy for my breast cancer back in 2009. Now, 15 years later people are sometimes surprised to find that I am a BC Survivor. They say that I have too much hair and it's too healthy to have gone through the treatment. I just take 10,000 mg each morning and each night. And, even though my hair is not as long and full as it was before my BC, it's full and healthy in its own right! I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to try to give their hair a little boost!

I am very unhappy with this buy. All the ads for this product say within a week they lost pounds and didn't have to change a thing. I have been using this for 3 weeks now and I have gained 3 pounds. I even stopped eating junk as much to speed it up but it didn't work. This is not a good buy. It tastes good but so do cookies. It didn't give me any energy nor did I lose any weight.
