Ive been taking this about a week now and so far I haven't felt any change whatsoever. I'm going to continue until I finish the bottle as I am aware some things take a little longer to start working and will update if anything changes but as far as I'm concerned this was a total rip off.Update: Gave up after a a few weeks of taking daily, they did nothing for me at all. I felt no energy change, no focus change, no "feeling young" as others reviews have said. Save your money!

I was taking Melatonin but didn't want to take the high doses they have in the bottles sold locally so chose to get this which has Melatonin in it and it works great. I have also used the Stress on in the past as well. I works if I really need it but I am out and haven't needed it in some time. I will continue to use the Sleep one as I am 80 years old and wake up at least once a night and need sleep. I do still once in awhile have a night where I just can't get to sleep as my brain won't shut down but not as often now with the Sleep gummies.

Overall, Im satisfied with the energy levels and reduced stress, but the product is a bit expensive for what it does. Still, Ill continue using it.

The main reason is to strengthen her nails, she seems to be pleased with the results and purchases a new bottle every time she runs out. This size bottle is a much better value, it will last several months (3 I believe) and costs less than purchasing a bottle every month.
