I wouldn't buy this again. The 'O' ring for the leg is to big, so it couldn't fasten the jamon.

Solution was to tilt the 'O'-ring forward, and then i was possible to fasten the leg.

Fast shipping, great service A+

Jamon was petite, but great meat, the fat was melting which is a sign of quality.

Meat has a strong nutty flavor, and rich taste.
